Job Summary
The Onsite Storage Consultant will be part of NetApp’s 24x7 Professional Services team, supporting Managed Services customers. The role involves providing Level 2/3 support for NetApp storage environments, resolving incidents, managing change and service requests, driving problem management,
and executing storage infrastructure upgrades. This position requires strong technical expertise in NetApp technologies, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships while delivering high-quality service.
Job Requirements
Provide Level 2/3 support for storage operations including incident, change, and service request management.
Plan and perform firmware and OS upgrades across customer environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in NetApp storage systems.
Manage backup and replication technologies such as SnapMirror and IntelliSnap.
Administer and optimise storage environments using tools like OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and Cloud Insight.
Collaborate with senior customer teams and internal sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Document incidents, changes, and problem resolutions following ITIL standards.
