- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across functions and levels through various sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring plans.
- Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters and recruitment partners to achieve hiring targets and service excellence.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice and improve candidate engagement.
- Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, job portals, social media, and innovative sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, prepare MIS reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining compliance with company policies.




- Support diversity hiring, succession planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.
