College Admissions Program Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, responsive, and technically skilled College Admissions Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our college admissions counseling programs. This individual will ensure that students complete assignments, meet deadlines, and make consistent progress throughout the application process.

The ideal candidate combines robust program management skills with a genuine passion for student success. They will proactively identify delays, follow up with students and families, maintain accurate progress-tracking systems, and ensure that no assignment or deadline falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Student Progress and Accountability
- Track each students assignments, application milestones, and deadlines.
- Follow up consistently with students to ensure assignments are completed on time.
- Identify students who are falling behind and take proactive steps to get them back on track.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with students, parents, counselors, and internal team members.




- Provide regular progress updates and escalate concerns when additional support is needed.
- Build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations and accountability.
- Help students develop planning, organization, and time-management habits.

Program Management
- Manage multiple students, projects, and admissions timelines simultaneously.
- Translate overall admissions goals into clear assignments, deadlines, and action plans.
- Coordinate workflows among students, counselors, essay coaches, and other team members.
- Ensure that meetings, assignments, documents, and follow-up actions are properly recorded.
- Develop repeatable processes that improve the consistency and quality of our services.
- Anticipate potential delays or problems and address them before they affect application outcomes.
