Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain Purchase, Sales, Bank and Expense entries in Tally.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) on a regular basis.
- Maintain records of Debtors and Creditors.
- Follow up for customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate and follow up for vendor/creditor payments.
- Assist in preparation and calculation of TDS workings.
- Assist in preparation of GST workings and related data.
- Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and vouchers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information.
- Assist the Senior Accountant and CA by providing required accounting data and documents.
- Prepare basic MIS reports as required by management.
- Assist in preparing Cash Flow and Fund Flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and proper maintenance of accounts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
