*Job Purpose:*

*Responsible for managing estimation, BOQ, costing, billing and project cost control for all interior and construction projects.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

*- Prepare and review BOQ, estimates and project costing.*

*- Check quantities, rates, specifications and tender documents.*

*- Prepare client quotations and variation/extra-item costing.*

*- Monitor project budgets and cost against BOQ.*

*- Verify contractor/vendor measurements and bills.*

*- Coordinate with Execution, Design, Purchase and Accounts teams.*

*- Track material quantities, wastage and project profitability.*

*- Manage RA bills, client billing and final accounts.*

*- Maintain proper QS documentation and cost reports.*

*- Lead and monitor the QS/Estimation team.*

*Education Qualification:*

*- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.*

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
