About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development at our Bengaluru location.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interviews, selection, and joining.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance-management initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.




- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll systems.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Candidates who can work from Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru are preferred.
