Role & responsibilities:

1. Business & Market Development
- Assess market conditions to identify current and potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders within the managed region to enhance the company market presence and reputation, in line with strategic objectives.
- Identify and develop focus trade lanes to generate recent business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead negotiations, and ensure successful execution of sales agreements.
- Convert and Onboard individual sales pipeline.

2. People, Financial & Operational Management
- Responsible for the budgeting/forecast and P&L; of the region along with operational KPI's,
- Assessing market conditions to identify current and potential business opportunities.
- Manage the regional budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve annual targets/budget.
- Responsible for development and smooth execution of operations across various branches in the region.
- Oversee all personnel management, including staffing, planning, training, and development,



in close collaboration with Human Resources.
- Responsible for the timely recovery of outstanding to support the cash flow with zero tolerance for bad debts.
- Conduct due diligence for customers prior onboarding for the region.

3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance at the regional level, adhering to high ethical standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for legal matters within the region, ensuring timely escalation to the India Corporate Office.
- Share knowledge, best practices, business opportunities and market insights within and across other regions and India Corporate Office, maintaining close collaboration with the sales team.
