Key Responsibilities

· Operate 12KW (13m x 3m bed size) Fiber Laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and job specifications.

· Load and unload sheets/plates and position materials correctly.

· Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, and focus according to material and thickness.

· Load and verify programs and DXF cutting files.

· Perform first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.

· Monitor machine operation and identify cutting defects or abnormal conditions.

· Maintain proper material identification and minimize material wastage.

· Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, nozzle/lens inspection, and basic machine maintenance.

· Report machine faults, tool/nozzle issues,



and quality problems to the supervisor.

· Follow production schedules and achieve required output and quality targets.

· Strictly follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related technical field preferred.
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machines is preferred.
- Knowledge of sheet-metal cutting processes and different material grades/thicknesses.

Experience: 2-4 years preferred

Salary range: 20,800 to 21,450 + Overtime

Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹21,450.00 per month
