Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team — working closely with leading clients such as Bajaj Finserv.

You’ll be part of the client’s on-ground hiring team, managing end-to-end recruitment across functions like Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations, and playing a key role in scaling their teams rapid and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
- Work on-site from the client’s office, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain regular communication.




- Share timely recruitment reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition focused-profile
- Mandatory (Availability) - Must be available in 7 to 10 days to join from Office location in Pune (5 Days WFO)
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 1+ YOE in end-to-end recruitments in a Recruitment Agency / Early-stage startup, and hiring for Indian startups / Product clients (Don’t want profiles with US / International focus)
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience in hiring for Product, Tech and Design roles.
- Preferred (Company) - Early-stage Tech Startup

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
