Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is looking for a skilled and passionate Professional Chef to join the hospitality team in Bareilly. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation and kitchen activities.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food production.
- Manage food preparation according to guest requirements and business demand.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the appropriate team for ingredient requirements.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements where required.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety regulations, company policies, and hospitality standards.
- Handle special dietary requirements and guest preferences when required.
- Support junior kitchen staff through training, guidance, and supervision.
- Maintain a professional and positive working setting within the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Hospitality preferred.
