We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Centre Head to lead our Vadodara Centre and take end-to-end ownership of its business performance, operational excellence, people leadership and growth.
This is a high-impact leadership position for an individual who can operate as a business owner, drive accountability across functions and build a high-performing, scalable centre.

Role Overview:

The Centre Head will have overall responsibility for the performance and growth of the Vadodara Centre, providing strategic and operational leadership across Commercial, Healthcare and Shared Services functions.

The role requires a solid combination of business acumen, P&L; ownership,



operational leadership, people management, stakeholder management and growth orientation.
The successful candidate will be expected to translate organizational strategy into measurable business outcomes while ensuring delivery excellence, employee engagement, client success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & P&L; Ownership
- Own the overall business performance and P&L; of the Vadodara Centre.
- Drive revenue, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
- Monitor business performance against annual, quarterly and monthly targets.
- Identify opportunities for improving margins, productivity and cost efficiency.
- Establish strong financial and operational governance across the centre.

2. Centre & Operations Leadership
- Provide end-to-end leadership for centre operations and delivery.
- Ensure consistent service quality, delivery excellence and achievement of business
