Position: HR Executive

Job Summary
Handle recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring coordination.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee training and development activities.
- Process payroll inputs, manage attendance and leave records, and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment regulations.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and employee relations activities.
- Oversee all office administration functions, including procurement of office supplies, inventory control, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including housekeeping, maintenance, repairs, security, and office infrastructure management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to maintain efficient administrative operations.
- Enforce adherence to health, safety, and company standards while promoting a safe and productive work setting.
- Plan and execute engagement activities and welfare programs.
