Role Description
The QA Executive and Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India. This role involves overseeing day-to-day quality assurance activities, including review and approval of batch manufacturing records, validation protocols, and standard operating procedures.



Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements, coordinating internal and external audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role also requires collaboration with production, QC, and R&D; teams to ensure consistent product quality, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement of quality systems.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to oversee systems, documentation, and compliance.
- Well versed with handling and operation of Pharmacloud ERP system such as product master preparation, Formula master preparation, RM/PM code generation, Vendor updation, batch creation etc.
- Knowledge on equipment, instrument qualification, Process validation, Hold time study, Cleaning validation, Calibation calender preparation and maintenance, VMP and respective schedules preparation and updation.
