Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Presales Team Leader to lead and manage the presales team for our real estate projects. The role will be responsible for lead management, team performance, lead qualification, site-visit generation, customer engagement, and coordination with the Sales team to achieve project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Presales Executives / Telecallers.
- Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and regular coaching sessions.
- Identify training and development requirements of team members.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company processes.

2. Lead Management




- Manage leads generated through digital marketing, portals, campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.
- Ensure prompt response and systematic follow-up on all enquiries.
- Monitor lead ageing, lead status, and follow-up activities through CRM.
- Ensure proper qualification of leads based on budget, location preference, configuration, and purchase timeline.
- Maintain a healthy and active lead pipeline.

3. Site Visit & Sales Conversion
- Drive the team to achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for effective handover of qualified leads.
- Track site-visit outcomes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Analyse reasons for lost leads and develop corrective action plans.
- Support the Sales team in improving lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.

4. Customer Handling
- Handle important/high-value customer enquiries and escalations.
