Protege Programme - SMART Factory Program Coordination

Partner with our Program Manager to support the transformation of our Enstek site into a SMART Factory of the Future. In this role, you will help bridge shop-floor systems with enterprise data, contributing to key digital manufacturing initiatives. Beyond project coordination, you will gain hands-on exposure to industrial IoT, data analytics, automation, and smart manufacturing technologies that drive operational excellence. Scope: Support SMART Factory programs and digital transformation initiatives, including Data Visualization and Predictive Maintenance projects. Assist with PoCs, vendor testing,



project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, stakeholder follow-ups, SteerCo reporting, and Digital Roadmap activities.

Data & Visualization
- Develop and maintain AVEVA PI and Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and support KPI tracking under expert guidance.

Predictive Maintenance & Analytics
- Support FEED studies, IIoT vibration sensor deployments, vendor engagements, and AI use case development for predictive maintenance and operational improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES, industrial automation or manufacturing systems.
