Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the assigned branch, ensuring the achievement of annual sales targets through effective team coordination and execution of sales strategies. This role involves driving performance across various trade channels, including Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Institutional Sales. The Branch Manager will focus on team development, operational efficiency, market expansion, and customer relationship management to enhance business growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Channel Management:
- Set and achieve annual sales targets based on value, product volume, and channel-wise performance (Dealers, Sub-dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Corporate Accounts).
- Maintain a strong market presence, ensuring coverage in at least 80% of target segment outlets.
- Identify, appoint, and develop current channel partners to drive acquisition and retention.
- Ensure GSPPL secures prime display space in dealer stores, along with effective in-store branding and awareness.




- Business Growth & Profitability:
- Drive secondary and tertiary sales through the sales team.
- Manage branch sales budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables, minimize revenue leakages, and resolve disputes promptly to mitigate payment defaults and bad debts.
- Market Penetration & Influencer Engagement:
- Organize and execute engagement programs with key influencers such as carpenters, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Team Development & Performance Management:
- Train, and develop the sales team, ensuring motivation and retention.
- Implement succession planning through training and coaching at all levels.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence:
- Track competition, analyze product and service feedback, and provide insights on customer preferences.
