Business WebSoft Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager (Part-Time) to join our team on-site at our Zirakpur office.

If you have a strong background in IT service sales, custom software solution pitching, and client acquisition, this role offers an immediate joining opportunity with competitive fixed compensation plus high-incentive performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B lead generation and client acquisition across domestic and international markets (US, UK, UAE, APAC).
- Identify client requirements and present tailored pitches for custom web development (PHP, .NET, Node.js, React), mobile apps, UI/UX, and SEO/digital marketing services.
- Write structured project scopes, wireframe concepts, and technical RFPs/proposals for prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales negotiations, commercial closing, and active pipeline tracking in CRM systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Services, Web Development,



or Software Sales (Required).
- Platform Proficiency: Working experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr Enterprise, or cold outreach pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for global client management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).

Schedule & Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Part time (20–25 hours per week)
- Work Location: On-site (Unit No. 7, 2nd Floor, Motiaz Business Park, Zirakpur, Punjab)
- Shift: Fixed schedule during operational office hours
