We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA/PGDM Admission Counselor to guide students and working professionals through the MBA/PGDM admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding MBA/PGDM programs, colleges, eligibility, fees, placements, and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable colleges/programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and admission events when required.

Requirements
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM preferred.




- 1–5 years of experience in education counseling/admissions/sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge or interest in MBA/PGDM admissions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
