Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented skilled for ERP & Material Coordination to manage material requirements, PO verification, dispatch planning, and ERP updates. The candidate will coordinate closely with Head Office, Site, Procurement, Vendors, and Factory to ensure materials are procured, dispatched, and delivered as per project requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have factory-level experience with strong knowledge of material coordination, ERP systems, purchase orders, material specifications, and dispatch tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) against approved material specifications, quantities, rates, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for rate analysis, rate comparison, and commercial negotiations with vendors.
- Follow up with project sites for PRs (Purchase Requisitions)



and upcoming material requirements.
- Review material requirements and coordinate with Procurement, Factory, and Site teams for timely availability.
- Prepare and maintain material dispatch checklists and required documentation.
- Track material dispatch, transportation, and delivery status until receipt at the project site.
- Coordinate with Head Office for PO creation, amendments, revisions, and status updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP entries and updates related to POs, material requirements, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of material orders, dispatches, pending deliveries, and site requirements.
- Coordinate effectively between HO, Site, Factory, Procurement, and Vendors.
- Identify delays or discrepancies in material supply and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
