About the Role

FinchWeb Technologies is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building client relationships, generating business opportunities, and contributing to organizational growth. While candidates with prior experience in Business Development or IT Sales are preferred, we also welcome talented freshers with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective project discussions.
- Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other business development channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Contribute towards achieving business development goals and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
- Solid freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
