The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive SAP CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Design and deliver customized training programs for end-users on SAP CRM modules.
- Analyze data from various sources to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.




- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other systems and applications.

Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
