Job Summary-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive International Sales & Marketing to expand our global footprint by developing current business opportunities and strengthening relationships with international clients and distributors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for international business development.

Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in global markets.
- Manage inquiries received through various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and business offers for overseas clients.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and participate in meetings with international customers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory, Production, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the company's overall international business growth.

Requisite Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of international markets and export business processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM
