Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing machines at their premises.
- Conduct breakdown maintenance on hydraulic systems, electrical equipment, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform field service work to resolve issues related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Offer technical assistance through phone calls or site visits for resolving customer queries about machine operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement solutions.
