Role Description
The Sales Consultant is a full time, remote role responsible for driving adoption of TickoraDesk by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored platform solutions. Day-to-day activities include qualifying leads, conducting product demos, creating proposals, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.



The role involves collaborating closely with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment of expectations. The Sales Consultant will maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers, gather feedback on their support operations, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion. This role also includes meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate pipeline records in CRM tools, and representing TickoraDesk at virtual events or webinars as needed.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including experience supporting customers through the pre- and post-sale journey.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in cus
