This is a versatile role covering
HR, recruitment, employee administration, talent pipeline management, and basic finance/accounts coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Understand hiring requirements from founders and team leaders.
- Create and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and founders.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's talent pipeline.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Coordinate offer letters,



joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, selections, and joining.
- Employee HR & Administration
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are updated.
- Coordinate internal meetings, employee communication, and HR activities.
- Assist in resolving routine employee-related administrative matters.
- Help maintain company policies and HR processes.
- Support employee engagement and team activities.
- Basic Payroll & Finance Management
- Maintain basic salary and payroll-related records.
- Coordinate monthly attendance and salary inputs.
- Maintain records of employee advances, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related information.
