Perform and supervise routine testing of finished cables and conductors as per
approved test plans.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as IS, IEC, BS and customer-
specific requirements.
Conduct electrical, mechanical, and dimensional tests according to product
specifications.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for investigation of test failures.
Perform root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and approve routine test reports and Certificates of Conformance
(CoC), where applicable.
Maintain accurate testing records and ensure traceability.
Support customer, third-party, and certification audits.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency
and reliability. for Cables & Conductors manufacturing
