We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The primary role is to counsel and guide aspiring students, helping them choose the right academic paths and securing their admission. You will manage the entire enrollment pipeline by calling potential students from provided leads, actively generating current leads, and driving them toward successful registration.
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, career prospects, and fee structures.
- Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential students from various lead databases to pitch academic programs and secure admissions.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate organic leads through cold calling, references, student networks, and digital platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, follow-ups, and student status in the CRM software.
- Admissions Processing: Assist students through the entire application, documentation, and fee submission process.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment and lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
