Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive/Manager

About the Role:

DJ Infra Mart is a Construction & Home Improvement marketplace serving B2C and B2B customers. We are looking for an energetic sales professional to generate leads, build client relationships and drive business growth through field sales and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references and direct outreach.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers and institutions.
- Visit construction sites and understand customer/project requirements.
- Promote construction and home improvement products and solutions.
- Manage quotations, follow-ups, sales pipeline and order conversion.
- Achieve sales targets and develop repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports and customer/CRM records.

Candidate Requirements:




- 1–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/B2B/Institutional/Channel Sales.
- Experience in building materials, construction, interiors, home improvement or real estate preferred.
- Experience/contact network with builders, contractors, architects, developers or dealers will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based sales.
- Knowledge of the local construction/real-estate market preferred.
