Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business excellence initiatives to drive operational efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction across the organization.

Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within Manufacturing Industry.
- Robust understanding of business excellence principles, including Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements that result in increased productivity and reduced costs.
