Warehouse Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and identification of products.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support physical inventory checks.
- Maintain warehouse documents, stock registers, and system entries.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports for management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations/process.
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
