Role Overview :
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for AIWO's services business — Healthcation, LiveLong 2.0, in-clinic diagnostics, wellness programs, and events. This is a hands-on, numbers-first role: you will run and optimize Meta and Google campaigns end-to-end, own weekly ROAS/CPL reporting, and be the single point of accountability for services-side paid performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Management :
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for all services verticals (Healthcation, LiveLong 2.0, in-clinic, wellness, events)
- Own daily budget pacing and reallocation across active campaigns
- Run continuous creative and audience testing; no campaign goes more than 2 weeks without a performance review
- Manage Facebook organic/paid coordination for services content
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Submit a weekly ROAS and CPL report (Monday cadence) with WTD/MTD/QTD comparisons
- Maintain campaign-level and channel-level performance dashboards
- Reconcile lead and revenue data against Zoho CRM to validate true ROAS
- Flag underperforming campaigns against pre-agreed thresholds and propose corrective action
Lead-to-Conversion Pipeline & Sales Alignment
- Own the full lead-to-conversion pipeline for services — from lead generation through to sales handoff and closed revenue, not just campaign delivery
- Act as the front-end interface between Marketing and Sales, driving daily conversion of marketing-generated leads
- Run a daily meeting with the sales team (marketing lead present) to review lead status, follow-up quality, and blockers to conversion
