About the Role

We're looking for an AI Video Artist to own the production of high-quality, photorealistic video content generated entirely through AI tools — no traditional filming. This isn't "AI-assisted editing", the deliverable is fully synthetic video that needs to hold up to a client's eye: believable motion, consistent characters, clean lighting, and none of the tells that scream "AI-made." You'll work across concept, prompt engineering, generation, and post to deliver finished, brand-ready clips.

What You'll Do
- Concept, storyboard, and produce multi-shot AI-generated videos from a brief to a finished, polished clip
- Select and combine the right generation tools per shot — cinematic camera movement, dialogue/lip-sync, high-motion action, photorealistic human performance
- Engineer and iterate prompts (text-to-video and image-to-video) to hit a specific visual and narrative target, not just "a nice clip"
- Maintain character, lighting, and continuity across shots in a sequence — this is the hardest and most valuable part of the job
- Clean up AI artifacts (hands, faces,



physics, warping) using upscaling, interpolation, and compositing tools
- Track and manage generation costs across usage-priced APIs
- Collaborate with the CGI/VFX team to blend AI-generated footage with traditional 3D/CGI elements where a project calls for it
- Stay ahead of a fast-moving tool landscape and pressure-test new models as they ship

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on production experience with current-generation AI video models — e.g. Google Veo (3.x), Kling AI (3.0 / Omni), Runway (Gen-4.x), Seedance, Luma Dream Machine, or similar
- Solid prompt engineering for both text-to-video and image-to-video workflows
- Experience with character-consistency, face-swap, or lip-sync tools (e.g. Picsi.ai or equivalents)
- Working knowledge of post-production tools — Topaz (upscaling), DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or After Effects
- A trained eye for photorealism: lighting logic, mot
