About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Intern – Founder’s Office to work directly with the founders/leadership team and support the company’s business development and sales efforts.

This is not a traditional internship where you will simply make cold calls or maintain spreadsheets.

You will get direct exposure to the business side of a creative agency, including lead generation, prospecting, client communication, pitching, proposal development,



follow-ups, and closing.

The role is ideal for someone who is confident, hungry to learn, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in sales and business development.

You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and get an understanding of how an agency identifies opportunities, approaches brands, converts prospects, and builds long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

* Research and identify potential brands and businesses that could benefit from Blank Media’s services.

* Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.

* Identify decision-makers such as founders, marketing heads, brand managers, and CMOs.

* Research companies, their marketing activities, competitors, and current digital presence.

* Identify potential sales opportunities through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, and other channels.

2. Outbound Sales
