We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to manage sales operations across Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai. The Area Manager will be responsible for leading the field sales team, developing new business opportunities, building vendor networks, managing institutional sales and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations across Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai territories.
- Lead, guide and motivate the field sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Plan daily and monthly field sales activities across the assigned territories.
- Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities and institutional accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates and other institutions.
- Identify, onboard and develop dealers, retailers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market activities and sales performance.
- Support the sales team in key customer meetings, demonstrations and deal closures.
- Monitor leads, enquiries, follow-ups and conversion rates.




- Coordinate with the telecalling and digital marketing teams for lead generation and follow-up.
- Handle important customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective product demonstrations and proper communication of product features.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching and sales guidance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper documentation of sales activities.
- Identify underperforming territories and implement corrective actions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development or territory management.
