Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery

Experience: 3–8 Years | Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to handle customers, drive jewellery sales, and manage counter operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers, understand requirements and convert walk-ins into sales.
- Achieve targets through selling, cross-selling and scheme promotion.
- Prepare estimates and explain pricing and billing clearly.
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Guide and train AJCs and support the sales team.
- Maintain stock accuracy, product display, safety and counter standards.
- Handle customer returns and coordinate with billing and other teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations.

Requirements




- 3–8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience
- Solid sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Excellent Tamil communication; English is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Reputed jewellery brand experience is preferred.
