Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Placement Specialist with expertise in Employee Advantages (EB) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing the best employee benefit insurance solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients and insurers to ensure comprehensive and cost-effective coverage that aligns with clients’ unique needs.





Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirement gathering, including fresh, rollover, and renewal cases.

● Establish workflows for requirement gathering, raising RFQs, managing insurer escalations, tracking placement success rates, maintaining TAT with insurers for quotes, and prioritizing clients.

● Present data to insurers to obtain the best quotes for clients in terms of coverage and premium.

● Stay informed about competition and client budgets to negotiate and secure the best deals for clients with insurer POCs or seniors.

● Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs), conduct comparative analysis of offers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with insurers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
