• Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimize areas of interface during the design development
• Support / implement departmental quality management programs
• Provide technical guidance to task force members
• Work with teams to develop engineering budgets estimates for work share projects
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring
• Ensure proper training programs are conducted within the departments to keep staff current on latest technology and procedures
• Work closely with project teams to establish annual goals and initiatives to advance the teams and maintain a high level of competency and exceptional quality
• Continually communicate with counterparts to understand upcoming projections of staffing needs and take action to meet the varying needs
