Job Summary
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals with an MBA in HR.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and track progress throughout the recruitment process.




- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
- Assist in conducting recruitment events and job fairs for bulk hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
