Job Summary

As an Account Development Executive (Outbound), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the India market through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. Youll identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, creating a strong pipeline for the sales team. This role is key to expanding our footprint in India and contributing to the growth of the India Center of Excellence (CoE).

Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the India market.
- Research target accounts and build personalized outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, market segmentation, and campaign strategies.




- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within CRM systems while ensuring high standards of CRM hygiene.
- Consistently meet and exceed outbound KPIs such as account coverage, email engagement rates, and opportunity conversions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of outbound sales or business development experience in a B2B setting, preferably within the India market.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and prospecting skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify market trends and target opportunities.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
