Daily Accounting

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Maintain cash and bank transactions.

Project/Construction Accounting

Track project-wise expenses and income.

Monitor construction material, labour, subcontractor, and site expenses.

Maintain cost sheets and project budgets.

Compare actual project costs with estimated costs.

Billing & Invoicing

Prepare and verify client invoices and bills.

Check work bills/Running Account (RA) bills submitted by contractors.

Maintain records of outstanding payments and receivables.

Vendor & Contractor Payments

Verify supplier and subcontractor bills.

Maintain vendor ledgers and payment schedules.

Process payments after proper verification and approval.

Payroll & Labour Accounting

Maintain salary and wage records for employees and site workers.

Verify attendance, overtime, advances, and deductions.

Coordinate with HR/payroll for monthly salary processing.

GST & Tax Compliance





Maintain GST-related records and purchase/sales data.

Coordinate for GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Ensure proper documentation of tax invoices and deductions.

Bank & Cash Management

Prepare bank reconciliations.

Maintain petty cash and site cash records.

Monitor advances issued to employees, contractors, and site staff.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly financial and project-wise reports.

Provide reports on expenses, outstanding payments, receivables, and project profitability.

Support management during budgeting and financial planning.

Documentation & Audit

Maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, agreements, and other financial documents.

Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Ensure proper filing and reconciliation of accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
