Sales Executive – Healthcare / Patient Counselling

Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented and patient-focused Sales Executive to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling patients, generating conversions, maintaining the sales pipeline, and ensuring robust follow-ups throughout the patient journey.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing approach, and the ability to build trust with patients while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing patients.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information about healthcare services and treatments.
- Assist & Counsel patients professionally convert to appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested and potential patients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Maintain and update the lead pipeline/CRM on a daily basis.
- Track every lead from initial enquiry to appointment, conversion, and closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to ensure minimum lead leakage.
- Handle patient queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with patients throughout the conversion process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Re-engage old, inactive, and pending leads to generate additional conversions.
- Provide regular updates regarding lead status, conversion performance, and pending follow-ups.
