The Account Manager cum Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth client communication, coordinating internal execution, and overseeing the planning and publishing of social media content.

1. Client Account Management
- Manage assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain skilled and proactive communication with clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, objectives, and priorities.
- Collect and communicate client feedback clearly to the internal team.
- Manage client revisions and ensure they are addressed within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.

2. Content Planning & Social Media Management
- Prepare monthly content calendars for assigned clients.
- Plan social media content based on the client's brand, objectives,



audience, and marketing requirements.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, captions, scripts, and other content requirements where applicable.
- Ensure content aligns with the client's brand identity and communication objectives.
- Schedule and publish approved content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor the content publishing schedule and ensure consistency.
- Coordinate required changes and approvals before publishing.

3. Internal Team Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, digital marketers, and other internal teams.
- Communicate client requirements accurately to the respective execution team.
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed and shared within the committed timeline.
