Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process discussions.

• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications as required.

• Prioritize requirements and maintain a well-structured product/project backlog.





• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.

• Track requirements and changes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business insights and project status.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.

• Positive understanding of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.

• Ability to create process diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart,
