Marketing Manager – Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate quality leads and support business growth.
- Plan and manage digital, offline, referral, alliance, and partner marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, channel partners, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor lead generation performance, source efficiency, lead quality, and conversion funnel.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and performance against business targets.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
- Maintain marketing dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers for management.
- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for effective lead allocation and conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
- Resolve campaign and lead-generation issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Experience: 5–10 years in Marketing, preferably Real Estate
Qualification: Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
