Job Summary

We are currently seeking a OnBase API Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

OnBase API Developer: We are looking for an OnBase API Developer with robust experience in Hyland OnBase, API integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building, enhancing, and supporting integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow/document management solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of OnBase architecture, document workflows, Unity/API integrations, and backend application development. The candidate should be comfortable working with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.
- Develop solutions using OnBase Unity API, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration tools.




- Configure and customize OnBase workflows, document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document management and workflow requirements.
- Integrate OnBase with systems such as ERP, CRM, core business platforms, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide application support.
- Write and optimize SQL queries/stored procedures for data validation, reporting, and backend integration needs.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release support.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of OnBase-related integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support guides.
- Work closely with DevOps/infrastructure teams for deployments and environment support.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years in Hyland OnBase
