Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-3 years of experience in non IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
