About the Role

Infinity Learn is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring for Coding & Robotics Faculty roles across India. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in EdTech recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Coding & Robotics Faculty positions across multiple locations in India
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal career pages
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (subject expertise, communication, teaching aptitude)
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
- Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate, real-time status
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring pipeline to ensure a smooth experience
- Assist in offer rollout coordination and documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives related to faculty hiring




- Generate weekly hiring status reports for the TA team

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Interest in EdTech, coding, or STEM education is an advantage
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Duration & Type
- Internship (Full-time, on-site, Duration: 2 months)
- Stipend: As per company norms
