We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Business Development Executive with hands-on experience using platforms such as Justdial and IndiaMART to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, conduct business outreach, and convert prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B marketplaces, lead generation techniques, telephonic sales, WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, and CRM/lead management.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential B2B leads through Justdial, India MART, Google, social media, business directories, and other online platforms.
- Search, filter, and qualify prospects based on business requirements and target customer profiles.
- Handle incoming enquiries and convert relevant enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until conversion or closure.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal sales/team to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Update and manage lead information in CRM, Excel, or other sales management systems.
- Track daily lead generation, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Research competitors, market segments, industries, and potential customer groups.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database for continuous business development.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment, and sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development, or tele-sales.
- Hands-on experience with India MART and Justdial is preferred/required.
