About the Role

We are looking for an experienced English Trainer to conduct practical English communication training for our team, with a strong focus on Australian English and professional communication.

The goal is to help our team communicate more naturally, confidently, and professionally with Australian clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 2-hour training sessions, 2 days per week.
- Train employees on Australian English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Improve spoken English, fluency, confidence, and professional communication.
- Help employees understand Australian communication styles and workplace language.
- Conduct practical exercises, role-plays, and real-world conversation scenarios.
- Identify and correct grammar, pronunciation, and communication mistakes.
- Provide practical feedback and guidance for improvement.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an English Trainer, Communication Trainer,



or Corporate English Trainer.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of Australian English and communication styles.
- Solid knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Experience training working professionals or adults.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and practical training sessions.

Preferred
- Experience working with Australian clients or companies.
- Experience in customer service or corporate communication training.
- Understanding of Australian workplace communication.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, English, Linguistics, or related qualification.
