Title: Precision Technology Service Engineer – Engineering Support Services (L2 Support for Digital Operations)

The customer is building the next generation of connected vehicles and equipment to deliver smarter digital experiences for customers. In this role, you will support Digital Applications – VSM and FieldOps products by ensuring reliable service operations and high-quality customer outcomes through structured service management practices.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

Engineering Support Services & Service Management:
- Provide Engineering Support Services (Level 2 support) on AG Digital applications and their backends, focusing on incident containment and analysis.
- Perform problem identification and analysis to reduce recurring issues and drive systemic fixes.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with Subject Matter Experts.
- Create and maintain knowledge artifacts such as troubleshooting documentation.



Should be able to independently work on dataflow diagrams and defect trees for root cause analysis.
- Provide Support on Proprietary applications like Vehicle Management System (Our Dealer Fleet Management Application), FieldOps (Farm Management Information System) and their backends
- Provide support on FieldOps: Support agronomic data visualization, reporting, activity history, file processing, and vehicle metrics/location history by using internal and external support tools such as FarmViewer, Excel, Debug Tools, and GIS utilities.
- Provide support on Vehicle Management System (VMS) – proprietary dealer tool for managing dealer- vehicle- customer databases and digital subscriptions.
- Investigate common incidents for both applications including data mismatch, precision products issues related, missing layers, stuck file processing, and boundary errors.
